Richard Andora (born 30 August 1994) is a United States politician currently serving as Congressman for California's 4th congressional district. He previously served as San Diego a Member of the San Diego City Council, and Mayor of San Diego, becoming the youngest City Council Member, and Mayor of San Diego.

Richard Walked Andora (born George W. Reagan) was born in Whittier, California, on August 30, 1994 to California State Governor George Reagan, and United States Senator representing California Sarah (nee Palin) Reagan. Andora was the youngest of 6, Andora has 5 sisters: Vanessa, Valerie, Jasmine, Frida, and Ivana. Andora's favorite TV show as a child was NCIS, Smallville, and LOST. His favorite News Shows where "The O'Reilly Factor", "Hannity", and "Glenn Beck". His favorite food is pizza, his favorite color(s) are red, white, and blue. Andora's favorite President's are (Great Uncle) Ronald W. Reagan, George W. Bush, John F. Kennedy, and Abe Lincoln. Andora met his wife Isabella in Middle School whom "fell in love, at first sight", Andora and the Mrs. began dating in the 7th grade, and where engaged in the summer of the graduation from High school. They where married on July 7, 2010.
