Glenn Robert Russell (born January 9th, 1990) is a Democratic member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Arizona who represents the state's 8th congressional district. A native of Arizona, he spent six years as the Pima County Attorney from 1996 through 2002. Later he was elected to the U.S. House in 2002 defeating incumbent Republican Jim Kolbe.
In February 2010, Russell announced that he would seek election to the Senate in 2010.
