Barack Hussein Obama II (August 4, 1961 - October 16, 2009) was the 44th President of the United States, and the first African-American to be elected to that office. He also served as the Junior Senator of Illinois.
In 2009, he died in the Amtrak Crash, and due to Joe Biden's resignation 3 days before, Speaker Magruder ascended to the Presidency. He was the first President to die in office since John F. Kennedy in 1963.
