去到公司以后，接待处的工作人员把我的工牌给了我，然后让我等人力资源部的人来为我办理入职手续。在大厅里等候的不止我一个，还有另外三个人。有两个是女生，分别是从法国和西班牙留学回来的，职位和我的一样，只是大家负责的区域不同罢了,。另外一个男生是做IT的，是中大毕业的，已经工作了七年了,。

入职手续办完后，我们就被分配到导师那里和导师见面,。所谓的导师，就是我们的顶头上司，以后负责我们的培训以及工作事宜的。那两个女生当场就被他们的导师领走了，而我的导师却因为生病了早上来不了，要下午才来。结果整个早上我就坐在自己的办公桌前无所事事了。不过幸好我带了一本《英语财经新闻》，于是我整个早上都在看那本书。周围有很多新同事，本来我想找他们聊天顺便认识一下他们的，可是我看大家都忙得不亦乐乎，我也不敢打扰他们了。我变成了全公司最闲的人。

因为一直在看书，所以也不觉得时间慢过。不一会儿就到了吃饭的时间了。认识一个做售后服务的朋友在迈瑞，所以我们就一起去迈瑞的饭堂吃饭。幸好我们去得早，所以不用排队。后来人越来越多,，队伍排得比深大饭堂还长，着实把我吓了一跳！公司饭堂的饭菜味道好像比深大的好一点，可能是我第一次在那里吃饭的缘故吧。

好不容易到了下午一点半，导师Simeon终于来了。看他身体好像还不太行，脸色不太好，不时地咳嗽，看来也像我一样得了重感冒。当时我真的觉得有点不好意思，因为自己的缘故让本来请病假的他还要赶过来。所以见到他我真的很高兴， 因为从最后一次的面试中我知道他是一个很平易近人的人,。见面后他和我讲了一些我后面培训和工作的事情，让我明白了我以后需要做些什么工作以及要从哪些方面努力。之前在办入职手续时听HR的人和我说我们培训的事情时我感到压力挺大的，因为培训持续三个月，而且内容多要求高，每个月末还要接受考核，要是不通过的话就要补考，要还是不过的话就要出局了。不过后来负责我入职的欧灵先生亲自打电话给我,，叫我要放松一点，不用紧张，以后好好干。当时接了这个电话真的有点受宠若惊，感到非常感动，紧张的心情也因此而放松了不少。然后和Simeon交流后，我感到更加的淡定和从容了。虽然前面困难是不少，我要学的东西很多，不过有这么好的上司，我也自信了很多。

讲完基本情况后，Simeon带我去见了市场部，商务部以及售后服务的一些相关同事和领导。这个过程是我今天最难忘的事情,，因为我所遇见的人都是牛人，都在迈瑞身居要职。特别是市场部的那些同事，听上司介绍，他们真的很厉害。后面还有幸见到了迈瑞的副总裁，真的让人心情激动,!

后来领了电话和电脑，可是我是个科技白痴，在联网时出现了不少问题，而我的上司也好像和我差不多，他对着我的电脑和电话弄了好一会也没成，于是我只能打电话叫物业服务中心的工作人员来帮我。那个工作人员是湛江人，而且和我一样说客家的，真的让我很意外。他很热情耐心地帮我处理了问题，我也终于松了口气。新拿的笔记本是戴尔的，用起来好像很不错。真想不到我莫名其妙地多了一部新笔记本了，让我有点惊喜。

总的来说，今天入职感受良多。下午我在看一些文档时，发现旁边的同事在抽空学西班牙语。突然间我发现自己真的还有很多不足，以后需要更大的努力。说不准在不久的将来我也要学习第二门外语了。另外，今天一大早就收到很多同学朋友发来的祝贺短信，因为手机不方便回信，所以在此向你们表示感谢！祝愿大家在新的一年身体健康，万事顺利！
