*grantfuel {player name} {1 thru 65}

   * *grantfuel joe 25
   * The player, joe, now has 25 more units of fuel.

Grants the specified amount of fuel to the specified player, 65 fuel is a full tank. Granting more then enough to fill the tank will result in the amount starting over at 0. i.e. if joe has 50 gas, and is granted 20, he will have 5, due to the fact that the amount granted will go over the capacity by 5
