of those who would forcibly deny them their citnnitutoosal rights.We are a peaceful, gentle, loving community of persons who are educating ourselves and one another about the realities of life in our country and about the behavior of its leaders, our elected officials.The non-believing public expects us to disperse, especially as the weather gets colder—not that Madison’s 50 degree temperature and 45 MPH winds the past few nights have been very pleasant.  They think that this is just another march or rally that lasts a few hours, and from which people will go home, unchanged, to the same old stuff.  No, Occupy Madison is here for the duration, and we are preparing for a more weatherproof encampment.There’s a little slogan on our bulletin board:Corrupt people fear usHonest people support usHeroic people join usSo let your inner hero out.Visit our website at occupy-madison.orgScroll down half a page to the video entitledOccupy Madison update 10/16You’ll see a brief speech given Saturday at the moveon.org rally on the capitol steps by two of our members, Heather and Christian, that basically says it all.  These young people move me to tears (I’m 69 years old) and it has been a privilege and a pleasure to camp out with them.
