I ended up at this website from Yahoo after sgltguring to find an substitute to WatchThatPage considering that Watch That Page has become unavailable. I ended up registering with ChangeDetect. This is a fantastic service, but contrary to the claims on their internet site is not free. Nevertheless at least ChangeDetect is working for watching web content changes
