'''Smurfy''' is a A TOTAL FAGGOT <strike>player in The Universal who works closely with the [[Space Raiders]]. Even though, he can often be found throughout space escorting traders to their destinations for a small fee. Reports indicate that he is the owner of a modified cruiser, one which boasts advanced laser technology.
==Introduction==
Smurfy began his career in trading at around Mid-Dec 06. At this time, he began trading for small profits, enough to get himself by at the Core Worlds region of Zion - Ariya/Imperial. He could be found trading in this region for a few hours most days until finally, he settled upon the planet of [[Zoric 17]]. Up until around Early-Jan 07, Smurfy kept himself mostly based on this planet. After this date, he returned to space trading and upgraded his ship several times during this period. Eventually, he was spotted cruising the Core Regions boasting a Federation Type 9 Police Frigate, he continued trading during this time but he also began turning his attention towards the more criminal activities in these regions. He would continue to assist both in space and on Zoric 17 while attempting to put an end to disputes and skirmishes. After the law on disabling lasers in the Core Worlds became increasingly broken and the subsequent flood of pirates, it became increasingly clear that he would soon find himself the captain of a space coffin if he did not change his career to suit the growing criminal activities. By the time of early-Feb 07, he had emerged himself within the dark world of the Space Pirates, the biggest clan in the known regions, boasting enormous firepower and numbers. After quickly rising the ranks and forming several friendships, he foreseen the dark future which awaited the pirates, one of bounty-hunting and diminishing riches. Leaving the clan, he later discovered that he found no mercy for turning his back on the pirate gang and likewise, was beginning to find himself alone and without anybody to help. Deciding after a couple of months to return to pirating (Mid-April), Smurfy became an Admiral in the Space Pirates and the leader of a new, darker side of the clan called the [[Black Guard]]. He continued with this until his disappearance in Mid-May 07. It is rumoured that he ventured out into the Unknown Regions to map and explore the galaxy, mentioning that he would return when he was needed.

At 18:57pm GMT on the 6th of July, 2007, Space Station 236 shook due to an unexpected and powerful phaser attack. Sensors picked up nothing around them, the system was quiet but even so, something had hit the station and now, Bays 17 and 13 was badly hit, with flames pulsing into the small shielded area which was beginning to power up automatically. With power diverted to the shields, the station prepared itself for another attack and launched it's small squadron of Federation Omega Fighters. This frontier station wasn't expected to be attacked, there wasn't many aggressive species in this area of the galaxy and therefore, minimal amounts of Federation Resources had been dispatched. Even so, the station's shields collapsed as yet another phaser attack came from a different direction. A third phaser, from yet another direction, hauled a large chunk of the station out into the void of space, damaging the reactor of the space station. With weapons offline, shields down and the Omega Defensive Fighters now destroyed, the station was helpless. Six shuttles, in groups of two and from different directions, approached the station from out of nowhere, they landed and out came hundreds of soldiers, mercilessly moving to capture the station. With this takeover happening and the strange radiation and sensor readings, the other two stations in the system, which was on the opposite side of the sun and grouped closely together, now powered up their own shields and sent two squadron's of Omega Defensive Fighters and a single squadron of Crusader Assault Fighters past the sun in the system. Out of nowhere, a Megascout, a rare but powerful ship, emerged out of a cloak and fired it's own advanced laser's into the back of the Crusader Assault Squadron. With surprise of having an entire squadron destroyed from the rear, the other two squadrons scrambled and turned to counter-attack against the Mega Scout. With their aft now empty and the Megascout in their sights, both squadrons prepared to fire but a Galaxy Cruiser dropped out of cloak and it's turrets made easy work out of the two squadrons. Both vessels cloaked once again without a trace and the station's prepared for an onslaught.

With less than two minutes of breathing time, the Galaxy Cruiser once again, dropped from cloak and fired upon the two stations, with the Megascout and a Cobra also assisting shortly afterwards. With neither-side loosing ground, two more vessels dropped from cloak and quickly finished off station 237 while it's shields was diverted to the squadron of hostile ships. Now with five ships attacking it's shields, station 235 surrounded itself with it's shields to save itself from another surprise hit but by doing so, it's shields on all sides decreased to compensate. With shields failing and it's squadron's depleted, the station suffers a merciless attack until finally, twelve shuttles headed out to their designated targets, to capture and put all of the stations under control of this mysterious force.
