The New World is one of three dimensions in the Delta-16 Cluster, along with the New World and Real World. Unlike the New World and Real World, it is strangly between 3-D and 4-D. It appears 3-D to human eyes, but can be navigated in 4-D directions like jitii. This strange combination is known as "3.5D" (not to be confused with the style of Videogame called 2.5D). The Slant Empire is located in the Old World.
