The New World is one of three dimensions in the Delta-16 Cluster, along with the Old World and Real World. Unlike the New World and Real World, it is strangly between 3-D and 4-D. It appears 3-D to human eyes, but can be navigated in 4-D directions like jitii. The Slant Empire. is located in the Old World.
