• Matt Murdock is shown to be in court after winning a case. He hears a report of a vigilante attacking Midtown High School that was looking for Spider-Man. Murdock excuses himself.
• Peter awakens, tied to a chair and being interrogated by Wilson Fisk. Fisk informs him that he was going to run his fingerprints but he was informed by the FBI that Nick Fury has Spider-Man flagged. Fisk has a Spider-Man doll that he continuously hits Peter in the face with, while he tells him that it doesn’t matter who Peter is, that all that is important is that he knows where to find him until he graduates high school. Fisk tells Peter that if he ever comes after him again, he will blow Midtown High up and then send people to firebomb Xavier’s School for Gifted Youngsters. Fisk informs Peter that the reason he doesn’t choose to kill him is because he has the merchandising rights to the Spider-Man likeness, the doll that he is hitting Peter with is a prototype action figure that he just had made up. He informs Peter that he makes more off of this license than Peter could cost him. He instructs Peter to go back to the “Knight” and tell them to cease their activities.
• Fisk attacks Ronin and reveals that he knows that Ronin is Moon Knight. He tells Peter and Moon Knight that their “pal Matt Murdock, a.k.a. Daredevil” works for him, that Murdock is his lawyer. Fisk tells them that he sent Murdock to “screw with them so he could prove that they’re playing a game whose rules he invented”. Fisk also tells Peter that he will kill him if need be, that the nostalgia market is big, but he stands to make more money with Spider-Man alive. Fisk also states that if Peter stops being Spider-Man, he’ll hire someone else to be Spider-Man for him to take advantage of the marketing rights.
• Daredevil breaks into Fisk’s offices looking for Spider-Man and Moon Knight. He calls Dr. Strange’s residence and has Strange meet him there. Strange is able to cast a spell to locate the basement where Fisk interrogated Peter. Strange and Daredevil are able to determine that Fisk also discovered Moon Knight’s identity and beat him badly. Strange believes that Spider-Man sold Moon Knight out.
• The “Knights” meet atop a building to discuss finding Spider-Man. Peter interrupts them and attacks Daredevil, believing him to be the traitor. He reveals to the “Knights” everything that has transpired and that Matt Murdock works for the Kingpin. Daredevil is shocked and wants to know if Fisk told Peter his name was Matt Murdock or did Peter tell him.
• There is an explosion near the rooftop where the “Knights” are meeting. Daredevil reveals that the building that exploded was his law office and that Fisk killed his father.
• Daredevil tells Spider-Man that someone else has betrayed them. He uses his enhanced senses and determines that through his heart rate and body temperature that Danny Rand (Iron Fist) is the traitor. He then grabs Iron Fist and demands to know what he told the Kingpin.
