Matthew's Sceptile is one of the most powerful of its kind. When it uses Leaf Blade, it can slice through steel. When it uses Quick Attack combined with Pursuit and its speed, it can move two times as fast as the speed of sound, and when it uses Bullet Seed at full power, the seeds burst into a beam like Hyper Beam, and scientists used the nutrients that come from Sceptile's seeds to grow trees faster than usual, and with some experiments from the seeds, that is how they discovered some of the new grass pokemon.
By the tree's scent from the seeds will attract a lot of grass type pokemon.
