This Wiki was created to accomplish the following:
- To document work that has been completed and the decisions that guided development
- To orient newcomers to the project so they can quickly understand where we have come, and where we are going
- To provide a reference for technical information relating to the project
- To allow members to maintain information in real-time, without waiting for someone else to approve or take action
- To post photographs and documents in a manner where they can be found later
- To allow a large online community to actively participate in the project
