Whilst completing a degree in Psychology Sara gained a passion to learn the art of motivating and inspiring human beings, spurring them on to reach their full potential. These skills have been put into practice when working at a summer camp in ammerica and numerous job roles in the UK, where she has developed the vital skills that will be required for the role of tribe manager. It was during Sara's time at University that she took a time-out to play a crucial role in organising and leading a summer camp. These few months were full of adventure, people management and life changing encounters, afterwhich she then backpacked around parts of America.
