Jack Sprocket is one of the security guards working in Mad Old Crow's secret and heavily secured labatory. He wears yellow overalls and wears a yellow helmet and has an apperance similiar to that of a futaristic constuction worker.

Drunk Jack

In the TSFP Story Mode: Breaking and Entering there is a drunk Jack Sprocket found sitting inside of a toliet stall. He says:
