Graeme Norgate

Graeme Norgate is a video game music composer, who has composed music for a variety of video games developed by Rare, Ltd.. His first project at Rare was writing the music for the Game Boy game, Donkey Kong Land. Originally working at a bank before joining Rare in 1994, he later would become famous for taking part in the music of such games as GoldenEye 007 and Blast Corps. A good friend of fellow Rare composer Robin Beanland, the two worked on the original soundtrack to Killer Instinct over a decade ago. Norgate also helped (but was not totally credited for) with some of the music to Diddy Kong Racing, Jet Force Gemini, and Perfect Dark.

Norgate is currently an employee of Free Radical Design. His most recent works are for the Free Radical games Second Sight and the TimeSplittters series. Along with Goteki, Norgate wrote almost all of the music for TimeSplitters.

Norgate has a personal website, specifically devoted to the Commodore 64 era of gaming/remixes.
