Dr. Peabody is a Pyrotechnic¸scientist who works for Khallos. He blew up his parent's garden shed when he found out he was destined to be an explosive expert. In TS2, he betrays Khallos to help Harry Tipper disable the bombs around the Atom Smasher. In TSFP he wears a mask and blue lab coat, but in TS2 he wears a white lab coat but doesn't wear a mask.
