Kypriss's history is mysterious. She only appears in some arcade levels, and not the main story. To that end, the arcade level that unlocks her has nothing to do with Kypriss in the slightest. All that can be assumed about her is that Kypriss works at the Circus, judging from her in-game appearances and gallery description.
