You normally can't play as a Monkey in Monkey Assistant, this glitch however lets you!
Glitch: First, go into Arcade Custom or a MapMaker level and select a game mode other than Monkey Assistant, like Shrink, then select a Monkey from the Character Selection screen. Next, go back to the game mode screen and select Monkey Assistant and proceed to the Character Selection screen. Ignore the "Not available" message where the name should be and start the match. You now should be playing as a Monkey in Monkey Assistant!
This glitch works with Monkey, Cyborg Chimp, Ninja Monkey and Brains.
