Big Tony is the top mob boss of Chicago. He has a wide rage of bodyguards that include Braces. When he hears that Jake Fenton has returned to Chicago he becomes extremely enraged and demands that he his killed. It is assumed that he was killed by Fenton in his own nightclub. However in Braces TSFP bio it states that it is possible that Braces got rid of him.

After buying out the Falucci Brothers olive oil import business, Big Tony turned his now slippery hands to more criminal activities. But liquor, loose women and the numbers racket weren't enough- lately it seems he's been taking shipments from some dodgy out of town characters.
