Yell "Spare Change" at the passers-by

It turns out one of the passers-by had a gun and he was very angry. "I'm not giving you any spar change, you filty little bastard!" he yells. And he shoots you. But you are lucky, it was only a glass bullet. But it shatters on your face and spills red fluid all over your face. Some of it goes into your mouth.
