Desperation: If Allen's health drops below 9 (Stamina + Will), then any supers he uses normally gains a Super Enhancement, and he gains the ability to use Ki to power supers, but these supers do not gain enhancements.
Super Battery 2: Allen has 10 more Super Limit than normal.

Endangered Family/Rival(?): Allen occasionally gets letters from his brother, whom he hasn't seen in 10 years. His brother is a reporter, and occasionally sends him momentos from the various places he has been. His brother's last letter said that it might be a while before he can write to him again...
Inner Power: Allen's flame ki powers seem to have a mind of their own. One thing is certain, however. Whatever entity or beast lives within him seems to thrive on combat and challenge. When Allen goes too long without at least sparring with some other person, he is affected by random flashes of anger, or feels hot even in a cold room, and perhaps more than just that...
