Minimum fee is the minimum fee the Noah Foundation allows tournaments to charge and remain legal.
Average fee is the average fee for tournaments of this level.
Maximum fee is the maximum fee the Noah Foundation allows tournaments to charge and remain legal.
Minimum prize is the prize assuming minimum fee and number of teams (4 teams of 3).
Average prize is the prize assuming standard fee and number of teams (8 teams of 4).
Maximum prize is the prize assuming maximum fee and number of teams (16 teams of 5).
