Deklan is beleived to be a reincarnation of the greek god of gay gaia. He is obsessed with spanking people and is prophecised that he will go on a rampage during the year 2100 leaving everyone really sore. He is also beleived to be the only one to be a gay bisexual lesbian and with these powers he will seduce any1 and every1 to do his bidding.
