Gravity is the measure of how much any person or object is similar to, or made of, gravy.

When referring to the effects of gravity on any object, the specific kind of gravy - chicken stock, onion gravy, etc - is also named. This is known as the 'specific gravity' of an object.

If a food scientist (like Stephen Hawking, for example) knows the specific gravity of an object, all manner of interesting recipes can be theorised.
