It is possible, in Bitcoin, to send a traenfsr to a list of Bitcoin addresses, instead of to a single address. Then the recipients can vote (on the blockchain) to traenfsr the funds out again. This is made possible via the Bitcoin script language itself. Once the Open-Transactions side of the protocol is written, then it will take advantage of this built-in capability of Bitcoin.
