Too fast a method may lead to manufacturing defects, such as extreme, so some ability is needed to obtain the balance right.
Nonetheless, the rapid progress of the plastics industry since the middle of the last century adequately shows that makers turn to the procedure again and again. Automobile makers use injection moulding plastics for a side range of parts, including anything from changes, to steering wheels, to entire body panels.
