加快“走出去”勘查开发步伐

10月22日，记者从全国地质勘查行业管理座谈会获悉，国土资源部已经制定急缺大宗矿产、急缺矿产等相关矿产资源勘查计划，以保障资源需求。
对于铜，在地质找矿工作得到充分保障的前提下，可预计新增铜矿资源储量2000万吨，使国内保障程度提升到30%左右。
“对于国内潜力有限的急缺矿产（铬、镍、锰、钾等）,moncler，须加强国内资源潜力评价和找矿攻关,moncler，增加境外份额,，鼓励国内企业加大参股境外矿业公司的力度，寻求稳定的国际市场配置环境，力争对外依存度控制在60%-95%以内。”国土部相关负责人表示。
另外，“我国钾盐需求将长期维持较高水平，预测到2020年，全国钾盐需求量1833万吨。”国土资源部相关负责人指出，截至2007年底，我国钾盐可供资源储量3.37亿吨，随着勘查开发的有序推进,doudoune moncler，国内生产能力增强，对外依存度已呈下降趋势。据预计,moncler，至2020年，我国钾盐自给率将由目前的30%，提高到40%以上。
国土资源部表示,moncler，对铁、铜、铝等国内仍有较大潜力的大宗急缺矿产，须立足国内勘查，加快“走出去”勘查开发步伐,，力争对外依存度控制在50%-70%以内,doudoune moncler pas cher。
再者,，我国锰矿对外依存度约为56%,moncler，预计未来我国对进口富锰矿的依赖程度将会不断提高。但国土资源部指出，我国国内锰矿特别是富锰矿仍有一定潜力，若地质勘查能有突破，预计2020年对外依存度保持在60%左右。
需求指出的是，国土资源部还对优势矿产勘查有所考虑。按照计划，对我国的钨、锡、钼、稀土等优势矿产，国土部将适度加强国内勘查、合理储备矿产地，统筹勘查开发，根据全球市场变化及时调控探采规模，提升价值，掌控价格，全球市场供应量力求稳定在60%-80%左右。
对于铝土矿，国土资源部预测到2020年，铝需求量达1300万～1400万吨，并且2008-2020年间，我国铝累计需求超过1,doudoune moncler.6亿吨。但是，截至2007年底,moncler，我国铝土矿可供资源储量为7.5亿吨,，至2020年其保证程度仅为57%左右，预计在勘探经费充足前提下，可新增铝土矿资源储量7.5亿吨,。
其中，对于铁矿石,，国土资源部门预测2008-2020年13年间，我国钢累计需求超过160亿吨。而截至2007年底的铁矿可供资源储量为223.64亿吨,doudoune moncler。为此要通过进一步地质找矿工作,，预计至2020年将新增铁矿资源储量75亿吨。
据了解，我国铬矿资源非常短缺，2007年我国铬铁矿产量20万吨，仅满足了国内需求的3%。并且，从我国的资源前景看,moncler pas cher，国内铬铁矿产量难以大幅增产,moncler pas cher，因此需要通过加强国内勘查，增加供应，力争对国际市场的依存度控制在95%以下。
与此同时，我国镍精矿对外的整体依存度为75%，随着需求的进一步加大，对外的依存度还将进一步提高，预计到2020年镍矿对国际市场的依存度将在80%左右,moncler。
