一条明澈的小溪从万丈绝壁之上洪流而下，顺着山势缓缓流入郁江。绝壁之上坐落着一个小村庄，这就是利川市忠路镇茶园村。</p>

这里山净水秀，民风浑厚。让人无奈的是，一道天堑阻断了村民与外界的接洽。今年，利川市地税局与茶园村结成了帮扶对子，让村民看到了脱贫致富的盼望。

富饶之门，何时不卡

茶园村有120多户450人，年人平纯收入不足1500元。村里有旱地500多亩、水田300多亩，有黄连、天麻等药材500多亩。这里的村民有摄生猪的传统,，过着坐山吃山的日子。
