If someone is found guilty of commiting a crime or infraction of some sort, it is common for them to be penalised.
This barbaric act involves the removal of the offender's penis. Although this is largely outlawed in modern society, it is still not uncommon during football matches, often for such minor offences as a mistimed tackle.
