The Hold Steady tag cloud was generated using the site tagcrowd.com. Lyrics from the first 3 albums taken from the Hold Steady lyrics page were analyzed. Additionally, lyrics from three new songs from their 2007 Fall tour (Adderall, Lord I'm Discouraged, and Stay Positive) were included in the analysis.
The tag cloud shows the top 250 terms used in the Hold Steady lyrics (excluding common words like the). The size of the word is proportional to how common the word is in the band's lyrics (word with the largest font are the most common words used). The number within parentheses next to each word is the number of times the word was used in the analyzed lyrics.
