Oracle (barbara Gordon) is a computer programmer and occasionally a snarky bitch. She leads a team of female vigilates called the Birds of Prey. She slept with Nightwing, but is secretly gay for Black Canary. Oracle is paraplegic, but for some reason has not availed herself of the technology and magic available in the DCU, which could probably fix her spine quite easily.
