Batman went on to gain success, only to be watered down in an idiot during the 1960's. In the 1970's Batman was revived as an extremely dark character who used a baseball bat to bludgeon crimnals brains to a mushy pulp. This was deemed to violent by some kid's mom who reads comic books and the character of Batman reverted back to his originial state -- a guy that dresses like a bat and solves crimes. Armed with a utility belt that has such things such as beer, flashlights, AAA batteries and granola bars -- Batman exhausts all his energy fighting crime. When he's not fighting crime, he's at home stabbing himself with a fork to see how long he can take the pain. Yes. That is why Batman is so cool: He's that big of a badass. The new Batman film -- The Dark Knight -- is extremely anticipated. Christopher Nolan, known for his "realism" says that Joker will be some guy that paints his face like a Joker and that Black Mask will be some Black guy. Also, Two-Face will be a guy that literally has two faces -- one face is a concealed siamese twin that hides his head under Harvey Dent's right armpit. Batman is going strong and the success of the comic book and films just reminds us how much Spider-Man really sucks. | ||

Batman
Batman was created in 1938 by Bill Finger. After Bob Kane stole his designs for the character, Kane literally gave Finger the finer.
