Why Grandmother Stormed Out
Summary
At Father's Christmas party, Grandmother tells him that she's ashamed of him. Father, who doesn't want to denounce his own mother (although he wasn't at all sympathetic to Kotler...), tries to ignore her, but she manages to get her point across. This will be the last time Bruno sees Grandmother. Nick Littlemore

None Finally chapter 8 says why Bruno's grandmother is angry at his father. There really isn't much to this but it says that she feels it is her fault that Bruno's father is a nazi because she dressed him up like oone when he was young. And now that he is a real nazi she hates him for doing all of the things he does to the jews.
