During the original Faggot Day, TFFians have started overusing the <3 heart, for reasons that I do not recall. Fairly soon, Pokemachine had decided that <3 is now a meme, and tried to establish a new rule, which stated that every post in the Spam thread must contain a <3. To his surprise and delight, the rule held for some time, though later on people started getting sloppy and forgetting to use it.
