Andy has been known colloquially by several monikers started and expanded upon since high school. These generally reflect group perceptions or observations about Andy's behavior, appearance, or memorable idiosyncrasies.

"Dude"

What began as a rough impersonation of Andy explaining his attraction toward a given female in high school—"dude, she's cute!"—eventually led to an association of the word "dude" and Andy's personality at the time (although it is questionable whether this ever in fact rose to the level of pseudonym).

Pudding Boy

This name was given to Andy sometime in senior year of high school by Kevin, most likely as a reference to his slight chubbiness and slipshod eating habits at the time. Apparently, Andy assumed this name willingly, despite its obviously pejorative undertones. As Andy's physique changed, this moniker became more and more obsolete. It is currently the only nickname used to reference an earlier stage of Andy Tsoming.

Handsome Tsoming

Applied sometime in freshmen year of college, after many trips to the IMA transformed Andy into a noticeably slimmer build. At this point, drawings of Andy as a superhero first appeared.

Holocaust Andy

Coined this academic year, in reference to Andy's seemingly malnourished body. It is unclear whether weight loss has actually continued considerably over the past several months, or simply that Andy's residence at Nordheim has made the contrast of past weight loss more apparent. Currently, the name is purely comical, and does not reflect an actual concern for Andy's nutritional intake.

Big Daddy Cool

This was a name coined by Kevin. Most likely used in a somewhat mocking tone, as similarities between Kevin "Big Daddy Cool" Nash and Andy are few and far between.

Dandy

Believed to be coined by Gavin, origin in just rhyming his name.
