The Kogane House is a legendary domicile housing several High School friends of the Extended Group. Its inhabitants include: Jeff Echert, Sophia Sullam, Rami, and Garret.
This roster is important for several reasons. First, it combines some of the most memorable personalities of high school. Second, it includes Rami. Thirdly, Sophia apparently does not actually live in the house, despite having paid a contribution of rent. Fourth, it is owned by Mr. Kogane, former principal of Einstein Middle School and father of Tynan Kogane. Fifth, it is in Ballard, a notorious group haunt. And finally, in a strange twist of coincidence, Lukas' friend Garret (whom he met through church) ended up rooming with several other group member's friends, in a complicated scheme of networking that is not fully known at this time.
