The Gramercy Riffs was a powerful, well-organized street gang originating from and controlling the area of Gramercy Park in New York City. The leader of the gang, Cyrus, wished to form an alliance among all the gangs in New York. This alliance was never sealed, since he was killed by Luther, the leader of The Rogues.
