A rather low-grade firm revolving around the employment of superintendents, repairmen and the like. when I lived in Kauhava, this firm was responsible for the maintenance of the apartment building where I lived. Most of the times when I called these guys to repair something broken (door knob, electrical wiring sticking out of the ceiling), it would take them several weeks to several months to respond. And then when they finally did show up, they usually dispatched three people to do a one man's job, and specifically in my case the two other "hangarounds" just sat on my couch and watched the third guy do all the simple and quick repairing.

I've also heard that this firm has a subsidiary called "ISS Security" - The horror, the horror! I can only imagine a couple of overweight "Mall Cop"-types running around, trying to catch pickpockets, shoplifters and those crazy old ladies playing Harmonicas outside the shopping center.
