A strategy game in which one can be a generic Fidel Castroesque South-American dictator managing his or her own little island state. The music in this game is just fantastic, but eventually the gaming experience becomes rather boring when you run out of space on your island. Apparently this game has received some add-ons and sequels; one of them puts you in charge of some pirate island, in which you as the captain have to manage all the shady living there... umm.. zzz... Le Bóring !!
