A Finnish novel by Arto Paasilinna. The story centers around an extraterrestial alien, who arrives on earth in order to transport a human animal to his own world and thus save it. The alien man, who looks alot like a normal human male also befriends a man from the Finnish part of Lapland after his crash - and thus friendship develops.
