The Rogues were a small and not that intelligent outfit originating an controlling Hells Kitchen in Manhattan. The leader of the gang, Luther, was responsible for the death of Cyrus, the leader of The Gramercy Riffs. The Rogues also spent a considerable amount of time hunting down The Warriors on the night of Cyrus' assassination.
