Leppätien Koulu

Leppätien Koulu (Leppätie Elementary School) is located in Nikkilä. I studied there through the 1st grade to the 6th. During that time, the place was a pretty small school.

I had some pretty horrific experiences of the school's teachers during the 5th and the 6th grades, which were combined, and were thus teached by the same man. The other grades went well, but the last two years were extremely erratic.

The school underwent a renovation during the yearly 2000's, and a new wing was constructed. The renovation was first talked about sometime in the early 90's, but the municipality administration managed to pull the cash together almost a decade later. How fitting for Sipoo.
