Gammelbacka is a city district/ suburb of Porvoo. This place is Porvoo's attempt on creating an enviroment similar to Eastern Helsinki. The population here includes drunks, cokeheads, weirdos, crazies and refugees from third world countries.
A saying a heard about Gammelbacka goes, "that every weekend a new police car can be seen there".
