Porvoo

Porvoo in Finnish or Borgå in Swedish, is a municipality situated on the southern coast of Finland approximately 50 kilometres east of Helsinki. I studied at Linnankosken lukio, which is situated in Porvoo, for three years (2003-2006). The Porvoo Cathedral is also a notable landmark of this little city even after its' attempted arsony.
The small town/city of Porvoo is a pretty nice place, although the bus drivers there are a major pain in the ass. I also had to go to a psychiatrist in Porvoo once many years ago.
Some observations about Porvoo are as follows:
- Most of the bus drivers here have an issue with you even if you haven't done anything to them to begin with. They're just total assholes.
- The same goes for the police, which holler at you from their vehicles to ask why you're standing on the street. Fucking joyriding Porvoo police.
- Chances of you getting knifed by druggies while shopping or going home during the day or night is exponential at all times nowadays.
- Fucking Kilpilahti (Sköldvik) seems to be the site of continuous fart gas attacks or something.
- Porvoo sure does have alot of fine-looking girls, but the problem is that they're all mean. Very mean.
