Seinäjoki is a city located in Southern Ostrobothnia, Finland. The city library, Lakeuden Risti and central administrative buildings are designed by Alvar Aalto.
I've been in Seinäjoki quite a few times (and even lived there for a short period), and it's been absolutely cool. It isn't that far away from Kauhava at all, so you can take the train to Seinäjoki in case you need to access services provided by the bigger stores etc.
I regularly commute from Vaasa to Seinäjoki and back to Kauhava again whenever I return from school.
