Karjalan Prikaati (KarPR) is one of the biggest military garrisons and training centres for the Finnish Defence Forces. It is located near the city of Kouvola, in the area of Vekaranjärvi.

The garrison specifically belongs to the army (land forces), and is also one of the two offensive warfare bigades available for fast deployment in case of a conflict. The other being the Kainuun Prikaati (KaiPR) at Hoikankangas. About ??? conscripts serve at Vekaranjärvi every year. Karjalan Prikaati is also the only mechanized readiness brigade in the defene forces.

Karjalan Huoltopataljoona (Karelian Logistics Battalion)
