8. Election of the Club’s Directors takes place at the AGM which is held before the end of October. Notice of the AGM is sent to each Member at least 21 days before the AGM. Accounts and any resolutions for the AGM are provided to Members at least 14 days before the AGM. A period of 15 months must not elapse without the club holding an AGM.
