To access the court booking system

Booking Instructions
Logging on
Once on the booking site you need to sign In in with your username and password.
- Courts 7-9 are floodlit and can be booked if available by members in half hour slots.
- No other courts can be booked except by committee members, club captains or coaches.
- The floodlit courts can be used until 9.00pm and will then be shut off as this is a condition of the planning consent.
- The booking of courts must be done on the website. Unless booked on the website, members face the risk of being thrown off midgame so it is essential the floodlit courts are booked in advance.
- Payment of floodlit time is made by tokens which must be purchased in advance. They can be purchased from the following committee members. It is recommended that purchases are in batches of no less than 10 tokens. 3 will provide for one hour and a half floodlit time. One token purchases half an hour.
- The maximum number of slots that can be booked by a member for a single session is three.
- Once you have logged on, you can change your own login details, if you wish.
