This is currently the Tekken City transfers of the 2009-2010 season.
Many players' contracts will have expired on 30 June, so will officially join their new clubs on 1 July - even if the move has already been announced.
If an out-of-contract player under 24 rejects the offer of a new deal and moves to another club under the same national association (eg within England), his old club are entitled to a compensation fee. Unless the two clubs agree a fee, this will be set by a tribunal.
